This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about volunteer and what KBBA does for the Band. This dinner will be held from 6:00pm to 7:30 pm. This is the first Saturday practice of the year so come join us for dinner. Below is a sign up genius to bring something to share just look for you child's section.

Concessions

Our First game is the Corky Kell Classic and there are two games that you can sign up for. The other big event we have this year is the last game of the year which is also Senior night. Many of us have Seniors and will not be able to volunteer that night and we will need lots of new blood to help out.

Lastly, this is both mine and Kim’s last year of running the concessions stand and we are looking for one or two people who would like to take it over. If you are interested, please let me know.

Below is a brief summary of each of the volunteer opportunities

  • Front Window (2 People): Take orders and collect cash and card payments. We may require you to load the payment processing application on your phone and have found that Verizon and T-Mobile customers have the best cell service.

  • Cash Box (1 Person): Makes change for cash payments.

  • Grill (1-2 People): Cook hot dogs and hamburgers. We like to have two people so they can swap out due to the heat.

  • Grill Help (2 People): Wrap food, run food to the concessions stand and manage inventory so we do not run out of food.

  • Nachos (1 Person): Serve nachos and keep the cheese and chili stocked.

  • Ice Cream and Pop Corn (1 Person): Get ice cream from the cooler and keep the popcorn flowing

Click below to choose your date and slot you would like to volunteer for. Signing up for multiple games is encouraged

If you have any questions, please reach out to me directly. More information will be sent each week to those signed up and will include how to access the stadium as volunteers are not required to purchase a ticket.
